Kennels opened, breakfast served to your specifications. First off-lead session in the walled garden.
Kennels scrubbed and re-bedded while dogs are in the runs. Quiet handling time and any medication rounds.
Arrivals and departures welcomed. Reception is staffed 9–4, every day of the year.
Long off-lead run, second feed if applicable. Most boarders are pleasantly tired by now.
Final walk, lights down, individual goodnight check. The yard is quiet by six.
We'll need to see an in-date vaccination card — DHP, Lepto, and kennel cough — at least two weeks before arrival.
Your dog's own food (weighed daily portions if you'd like), bedding if it helps them settle, any medication clearly labelled.
Anytime between 9am and 4pm. Dogs collected after 1pm are charged the night. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are double rate and unavailable for collection.
£30 per journey within a sensible Bath radius — chat to us about your address.

Reservations and cancellations by email please, with surname, pet name and breed, and your dates.
Email us with your dates, your dog's name, breed, and any prior visits — we'll come back within 48 hours.
