An unhurried daily rhythm that's barely changed in twenty-five years — for the simple reason that dogs are creatures of routine, and so are we.
Kennels opened, breakfast served to your specifications. First off-lead session in the walled garden.
Kennels scrubbed and re-bedded, then out for a second off-lead run. Quiet handling time and any medication rounds handled alongside.
A third off-lead run. Arrivals and departures also welcomed around this time — reception is staffed 9–4, every day of the year.
Final off-lead run and second feed if applicable. The yard settles down for the evening.
Lights down and an individual goodnight check on every dog.
We'll need to see an in-date vaccination card — DHP, Lepto, and kennel cough — at least two weeks before arrival.
Food is provided — Arden Grange, wheat & gluten free. You're welcome to bring your own; please make sure it's well labelled. Bedding is provided by us. Any medication clearly labelled.
Anytime between 9am and 4pm. Dogs collected after 1pm are charged the night. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are double rate and unavailable for collection.
£30 per journey within a sensible Bath radius — chat to us about your address.
Effective 1 October 2025. Holiday surcharge applies on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Reservations and cancellations by email please, with surname, pet name and breed, and your dates.
Email us with your dates, your dog's name, breed, and any prior visits — we'll come back within 48 hours.
